Before her career in real estate, Lauren graduated from James Madison University and spent 10 years working in the sales industry in the DC metro area. She has successfully channeled her experience in fast-paced environments, negotiating, and closing the deal to the real estate world. She strives to give the best possible customer service in the industry. No transaction is the same, so she understands the importance of catering to her client’s specific needs. With a strong foundation of integrity, she wants her clients to know she will always keep their best interests at heart. After living in Charlotte for the past 10 years with her husband and 3 children, she is proud to call it her home. She believes there is no better city for job market, cost of living, and fun! Ryann Bartmann was born in Erie, PA and moved to Columbia, SC when she was 11 years old. She comes from a background of 15 years in public relations and nursing. With skills from both careers she brings excellent people skills and knowledge of communication when working with her real estate clients. Ryann attended the University of South Carolina and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism, and her skills in communication give her a unique insight into how to bargain and protect clients by finding the best deal. Later going back to school and earning a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, from Regis College in Weston, MA. Ryann is well educated and knows how to work with all different kinds of people through honesty, hard work and compassion. Ryann Bartmann entered the Real Estate world in order to meet new people, help them accomplish homeownership and further her interest in home design. She’s always been in the business of helping people and now just in a different way. Making a positive change and chasing a dream is within reach. Her career as a nurse makes working with people on an intimate level a skill set she definitely has and dealing with challenges that may arise. She can’t wait to help people in a different way now bringing knowledge and skills to find the next dream home. Ryann Bartmann is married and lives in Charlotte, NC with husband, daughters and dog. She spends her free time with family, friends and exploring this great city of Charlotte she lives in.
